At Nordika, we believe style shouldn't cost the earth. Based in Vancouver's historic Gastown district, our atelier produces small-batch collections using GOTS-certified organic cotton, TENCEL™ lyocell, and recycled ocean-bound polyester. Every garment is cut and sewn within a 15 km radius, supporting local artisans and reducing carbon miles.

We partner with Bluesign® certified mills and use low-impact, AZO-free dyes. Our packaging is 100% compostable, and we offset shipping emissions through verified carbon credits with Offsetters Canada.

We primarily use GOTS-certified organic cotton, TENCEL™ lyocell, recycled ocean-bound polyester, and ethically sourced merino wool. All materials are Bluesign® approved and free from AZO dyes. Full material transparency is available on each product page.

We ship across Canada via carbon-neutral Canada Post. Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Delivery to Vancouver takes 2–3 business days, to Toronto/Montreal 4–6 days, and to remote areas up to 8 days. All emissions are offset through Offsetters Canada.

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with tags attached. Returns are free for exchanges; a $5 fee applies for refunds to cover reverse logistics. We partner with a local Vancouver recycling center for any items that cannot be resold.

To extend the life of your pieces: wash in cold water, air dry flat, and avoid fabric softeners. Each garment includes a care card with specific instructions. Our merino and silk items benefit from gentle hand washing or a wool cycle.

Yes, our flagship atelier is located at 312 Water Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 1B6. We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. You can try on pieces, feel the fabrics, and meet our design team. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome.

Last updated: January 2026. Nordika Apparel Ltd. (“Nordika,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase.

Data We Collect: When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe—we never store full credit card numbers). Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nordika website and purchase of products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General. Nordika Apparel Ltd. is a company registered in British Columbia, Canada (BC registration #BC1234567). Our registered office is at 312 Water Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 1B6. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

2. Products & Pricing. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (GST/PST). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Product descriptions and images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is due at checkout via credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Pay. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Returns. We ship within Canada only. Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Estimated delivery times are 2–8 business days depending on location. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. See our full return policy on the FAQ page.

5. Intellectual Property. All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by Nordika or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

1. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. Statements regarding the environmental impact of our products (e.g., water savings, carbon offsets, material sourcing) are based on current supply chain data and third-party certifications. Actual environmental benefits may vary depending on product care, usage, and disposal methods. We do not guarantee that any individual garment will achieve a specific environmental outcome.

2. Product Durability & Care. The lifespan of our garments depends on proper care and usage. While we design for longevity, we cannot guarantee against normal wear and tear, color fading, or shrinkage if care instructions are not followed. Natural fibers may pill or change texture over time.

3. Certifications & Claims. Our certifications (GOTS, Bluesign, Fair Trade) are verified by independent third parties. However, certification standards may evolve, and we cannot guarantee that every component of every product meets every criterion at all times. We update our claims as new information becomes available.

4. No Investment Advice. This website does not constitute investment advice. Purchasing our products is a consumer decision, not a financial investment. Past customer satisfaction data does not guarantee future satisfaction or product performance.
